Each print or original order comes with a tracking number. Every order is hand packaged by me with extra love and care to ensure that your artwork reaches you in excellent condition! If you have not received your package or there is an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me.
SHIPPING TIME-FRAME
The time needed to print and package an order is around 4-6 business days. For original orders 5-7 business days due to pandemic are usually shipped out once a week on Fridays.
Basic time frame of delivery 5 to 21 business days depending on location.

Cancelling your order under the consumer protection. You have the right to cancel your order, until the point in which it is shipped. In order to cancel your order you must first inform us by sending an email to naavstudio.com with CANCEL in the subject line.  Please note that this must be within 48hours of your purchase. Once this has been noted, you will then receive an email confirming your cancellation. You will then be refunded the full amount including shipping charges. If it was a commissioned art the deposit amount is non-refundable. Please consider your order carefully.
